Founder & M.D
Dilip Pandya has throughout his 23 years career-span starting from being in Sales to a C-suite leader facilitated various major brands, both national as well as multinational, exploiting and leveraging the strengths of every minor aspect of operations of business, which elevate the overall Results across the gamut - Sales to Profitability. He has worked in Multinational Companies viz. Hitachi, Onida, Softel, Sharp, Grundig, British Gas, Vodafone, Reliance, Airtel, and Tata.
Mr. Pandya has been a genius with effective campaigns across the entire spectrum ranging from Product/Service Conception to Development to Launch to Market Development with Mind-Boggling Team Mobilization Skills.
As a Business Mentor Mr. Dilip A. Pandya has enabled many businesses in their journey of transcendence with effective mentoring programs. Being a man of comprehensive and multiple skills, Dilip has had continual enrichment, excelling in acquiring theoretical knowledge and astute application thereof; thereby building well-functioning business models across India

He is also a C-suite Leadership Coach and a Certified Practioner of the Global Leadership Assessment by Marshall Goldsmith, and he was empaneled as a Mentor with Espark-Viridian: A British Multinational Supporting Start-ups.
Dilip Pandya believes and religiously follows the preachings of Swami Vivekananda. One of the favorite preachings of Swamiji which he implements and strongly believes is โAs Long As I Learn, So Long Do I Liveโ. From a very young age, Dilip was inspired by his uncle Kiran J Pandya who was an excellent Management Practitioner, and an inexhaustible source of kindness and empathy. Dilip Pandya imbibed valuable qualities observing his father Ashvin Pandya- the Man of Principles, Simplicity, Punctuality, and Professionalism. Dilip Pandya is an avid reader and a hardcore foodie. In his spare time, he loves to run around for the smallest of things for his family and enjoys spending his time with dear ones. For him, Chai is not just a beverage, but an emotion.
Rashmi Kulkarni
Lead, Training & Development
Rashmi leads the Training & Development vertical at TBMPL. She is an intervention specialist, and expert in behavioral skills training and involves long-term intervention with several workshops and coaching as well as individual interactions whereby a visible change is observed in participants. Her strong knack for connecting with trainees across levels and age groups comes from her 25 years of experience in teaching and training. She is a certified Psychometric Test Administrator and an Internationally Certified Career Coach. She is also the Founder and Director of ANAGAT, an organization powered by TBMPL that helps Students and Professionals make mindful career decisions with the help of career assessment and personalized career guidance.
She has trained in several industries like Manufacturing, Automobile, Chemical industries, IT sectors, NGOs, etc. in a variety of areas such as women's development programs, supervisory development, effective communication skills, presentation skills & public speaking, team building, change management, time management, campus to corporate transition, leadership, creativity, analytical abilities, opportunity management, etc. She has also trained teams for presentations on international platforms like ICQCC, and the International Forum of Quality Circle. Her experience of more than two decades has enriched her with many real-life examples that she shares during her workshops, which help make her training more relevant and useful for the participants.
Apart from being a passionate trainer she holds an M.A in Bharatnatyam and has performed in several states in India and overseas. Rashmi paves her way into the diverse fields of interest and keeps learning new things that interest her. When encountering challenges, she will devise ways to do it with her creative touch. She believes in making the best out of our abilities and honing them if we are passionate about it.
C.A Navroz Patva
C.A Navroz Patva is a B. Com Graduate from Maharaja Sayaji Rao University of Vadodara and a Fellow Member of the ICAI. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2011 and since then he has been heading various positions in the corporate world. He has been in full-time practice for past 6 years. Post Qualification, He started his career with Modern Tube Industries Limited as Assistant General Manager, Finance & Accounts. He moved up in the corporate ladder by joining Sun Pharmaceuticals Ltd (Largest Pharma Company in India and 5th Largest specialty generic pharma company in the world) as Zonal Head of Finance of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients Business (API Business) of Gujarat Region.
After gaining significant exposure in Sun Pharma, He joined Kerry Group which is a European MNC and a Global leader in Food, Nutrients and Functional Ingredients. At Kerry, he headed the Pharma Business as the Finance Controller of South West Asia Region. In his last corporate role, He was the CFO of Global Business of Astral Steritech Pvt Ltd, post which he decided to move to full-time practice. He has post qualification experience of more than 10 years and has been practicing as a Chartered Accountant and a Management Consultant. He has in-depth experience of Transaction Advisory Services, Virtual CFO and CEO Services, Fundraising (Both Debt and Equity), Management Consultancy, Assignments relating Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and Settlement Commissions, GST, International Accounting and RERA.
Ojas Desai
Meet Ojas Desai, a seasoned entrepreneur and management consultant with over 30 years of experience in various industries. Ojas has a diverse professional background, having worked in the fields of art, academia, and corporate business.
As a first-generation entrepreneur, Ojas established the renowned 'Art@Viraj' art gallery in the year 2000, which has since become a popular destination for art enthusiasts. In addition to running his art business, Ojas worked as a full-time Assistant Professor at BRCM College of Business Administration for over 17 years, where he imparted his expertise in management and business administration to countless students.
Ojas has also held several managerial positions in his career, including Materials Manager at Span Diagnostics Limited, Sr. Procurement Engineer at Reliance Industries Limited, Hazira, and Purchase Officer/Executive at Arvind Limited. He has also provided corporate training and consultancy services to prestigious organizations such as Larsen & Toubro Limited, Shidimo Enterprise, and Arihant Academic Institute.
As a management consultant, Ojas specializes in strategic management and corporate communication, marketing management, production and operations management, human resource management, and finance management. He is an expert in designing vision and mission statements, creating core values, conducting SWOT analysis, and developing a corporate communication mix.

Sharbani belongs to the Digital Marketing team at TBMPL. She is passionate about writing, ideating, and being in the world of puns. She is a Geologist turned Content Writer because she always wanted to write. She loves reading books, decoding the making of cinemas, experimenting with recipes, singing, and dancing. She enjoys turning ideas into actions and words turning into storytelling.
Sadaf Pathan
Executive Assistant to M.D
Sadaf is E.A to M.D at TBMPL. She has an eye for detail, the ability to multitask, and takes up new projects across functions according to organizational requirements. She also heads the Inside Sales and formulation of SOPs is her forte. Her never-give-up attitude comes from the sportsman spirit that she inculcated while being an active athlete in her school and college days. She has played in 12 national volleyball tournaments, as well as regional and cluster-level competitions in girls' cricket, football, basketball, and table tennis. She is an adventure junkie and loves travelling and enjoys food. She loves to hit the gym regularly to maintain fitness.

Urvi is an HR Specialist who leads the Human Resource at TBMPL. She dons several hats at TBMPL. Her core competence lies in core human resources. For the past 1.5 years, she worked on end-to-end recruitment projects for external clients. She also handles HR Process Outsourcing projects and coordinates training programs for the Learning & Development vertical at TBMPL. Apart from being a busy bee, in her pastime she enjoys reading, and painting. When longing for a break, she plans and travels to explore new places.

Sachin facilitates in the TBMPL Office, has a keen eye for detail, and stabilizes all our tantrums. His spontaneity keeps the TBMPL Office lively. He likes spending time with family, playing ludo or chess, and reading Gujarati stories in his spare time. He finds happiness in helping others. His recent bucket list of things to learn are painting, and cooking for his family on weekends.
